Japanese Incest

The following text was posted at a forum. It contains information on incest in Japan.

From what I’ve seen, yes incest is more prevalent in Japan.

Japanese have
clubs like Kinshinsokan Monogatari… Basically having sex with your mother
fetish clubs. I have seen these clubs all over Tokyo. The prevalence of such
clubs would be inconceivable in many Western countries.

It is not to say
that every Japanese guy has sex with his mother. No, that is not the case. It is
to say that the conditions and the opportunity for incest to happen is greater
in Japan, than in many other countries.

The concept from which these
clubs come from are ingrained in Japanese culture, where the Japanese mother
sexually satisfies her son.

There are multiple factors and reasons for
this, that differ greatly from Western culture.

1. Japanese mothers are
well known to play with the penis of their son’s. Via hand manipulation or with
her mouth. This is a quasi-cultural custom that many Western countries don’t
have and don’t know about.

It can be done jokingly to see the baby boy or
boy get an erection, as play (a higher form of tickling), or even as a reward
mechanism (for some task or thing he did well).

2. Japan had the system
of exam hell, where you must score well on your college entrance exams to get
into a good college. So some mothers would sexually satisfy their sons, so that
they could focus on school and not girl chasing.

The performance on these
exams, could be the direction of where you life is going. It was extremely
important to many Japanese families to have their sons do very well. There is
less pressure now, because due to the economy, college entrance requirements are
lower.

Some Japanese mothers would consider it her duty to “sacrifice her
body”, so that her son would be sexually satisfied and could focus on his
studies.

3. Absentee Japanese fathers, who stay away from and at work too
much, which created situations where their wife wants sexual satisfaction and
are tempted by their son.

This is compounded by the “shy”, withdrawn, and
at times anti-social element of Japanese culture.

The wife and mother
would not or could not find a lover or sex-friend outside the house, however she
could be highly sexually frustrated. Combined with a high hormone and sexually
interested son… 1 + 1 = 2.

4. There are mothers who would actually use
sex as a form of control over her son.

There is the “carrot or the
stick”. Many Westerns think only in terms of using the stick, belt, or various
forms of punishment. However, there are Japanese mothers that decided to use the
“honey pot” to get there boy doing what they want or to behave.

5. The
relationship that Japanese boys can have with their mother, is not necessarily
in the same context as Western ones.

In Western cultures, there is more
anti-sex issues because of religion and more pushing the boys to be more macho,
and even violent. Being a momma boy is seen as uncool and scorned more in the
West.

You have less of that in Japanese culture, so you can get boys
with stronger “momma boy” complexes and stronger attachment to their mother.
Such overly strong attachments to the mother can become sexual, and especially
if there is anything to “tip the scale”, like an absentee father or sexually
frustrated mother that doesn’t want to go outside the house.

6. Japanese
families often HIDE incest.

It is a dirty secret and they don’t want to
make it public.

It is not like in Western cultures where people want to
come out and tell their story, on TV no less, about how they were sexually
abused by their uncle. Such a public outing can be viewed as outright public
humiliation and shame in Japan.

So if the dad, mom, uncle, brother,
sister… are having sexual relations, it is usually not talked about, unless
there is violence or prostitution involved. If a kid is getting beaten up or
sold for money, that may come out, but “just” sex in the family is more “hush
hush” stuff.

7. The mother can have a childish mindset, which makes having sex with her son
easier

Various Japanese women can not only act childish, in some odd
method to attract Japanese guys, but are truly childish in their thinking
process.

In is in this thinking style in which she has fantasies
involving her own son and these can be sexual in nature or make sex easier with
her own children.

The hard, stern, serious, and/or religious Western
mother concept is not what is in play all the time here in Japan.

8. The
father himself may have had sexual relations with his mother, so is actually
accepting of his son doing it.

The father may know, and turn a blind eye
to it or even encourage it (due to some kinky fetish of his own).

And it
may have the aided benefit of allowing him to keep sexual mistresses outside the
house and uncontested by the wife.

9. The mother, as a daughter, may
have seen or known that her mother have sex with her brothers.

How I
first found out about this unusual aspect of Japanese culture, is through a
couple of Japanese girlfriends telling me about the kind of things they
experienced when growing up.

So, since she has seen her mother do it,
she may feel it is OK for her to do it or it is something she may even fantasize
about.

10. Incest is not necessarily the traumatic experience that it is
made out to be in the West or by feminists with anti-male agendas.

Often
the Western image is an uncle or father violently raping his own daughter
against her will and leaving massive psychological trauma as a result.

In
fact there is even a book out that argues against conventional Western wisdom
and dogma on the subject.

There are
a number of Japanese families where incest was practiced, even children born as
a result of incest, and with no apparent affects that they realize (though the
birth defect rate is higher). There are many negative affects of incest,
however, it is not always apparent and a family can still be
functional.

So, children of incest, can go on to be parents and commit
incest with their children.

Another important thing to understand about incest in Japan, is the cultural frame of mind that surrounds it.
Incest has a long tradition in rural Japan and there isn’t any Japanese law against it.
The Japanese law is against you marrying your siblings, but it is not a crime for you to have sex with family members nor will any charges be brought up if incestuous sex has been officially found.
No government or city officials will take the children away, unless obvious violence or prostitution are involved. This is in stark contrast to policies in the West.
The Western context is often to see incest as traumatic. It is also painted with the Western religious brush of immorality and sin, and Western therapists and feminists make constant spectacles of the trauma that an adult is said to have suffered when a child. However this is not necessarily how a child, family, or culture has to interpret it.
A child arguably doesn’t necessarily interpret incest as something traumatic, unless they are told or infer that is how they should see it.
In Japan, incestuous sex is something done, but not spoken about. It is something that “just happens”, and “just happens” as if by accident, is a common theme in Japanese culture. Incestuous relationships within the family are normalized, rationalized, and kept “hush hush”.
There have been a number of studies in the past that have taken a critical look at Japanese incest and aspects of it. However, in more recent times, anything that made Japan look bad has been suppressed.

  1. ‘Often the Western image is an uncle or father violently raping his own daughter
against her will and leaving massive psychological trauma as a result.’

This is because the Western bias against men, which explains the paedohysteria so prevalent in the media always comes out against men and never women (e.g. priests = bad, nuns = good).
I’ve read that about 55% of child abuse cases are commited by biological mothers, whereas biological fathers only commit about 5-10% of abuses, but the media only ever focusses on portraying men as perpetrators, I suppose this is why the topic of incest doesn’t come up, yet women in ‘forced marriages’ does.

On an aside, psychohistorian covers the topic of incest here: http://www.psychohistory.com/htm/06a1_incest.html

    • You make some good observation Luther. Have you ever seen the comedy program brass eye? It’s on youtube. They do a show that is a satire of pedo-hysteria called paedogeddon. If you look it up in youtube you should find it.

I’ve seen snippets of it on other comedy shows but not the entire program, I’ll check it out. Cheers.

  2. That’s very weird. Can’t imagine it myself.

    1. if it were as prevalent as claimed, japan would not be an advanced society at all. what is described is rare and deviant behavior. we could grant that maybe among japanese perverts this is a more common perversion than in other cultures

    2. this article offers a lot more proof that incest is much more common from mothers to sons. it is arguably worse than what could happen to a female because when a female is harmed in this way she isn’t brought to the point of losing what could produce a baby, whereas when a male ejaculates, he loses just that much. also in italian news recently there was a nurse or babysitter caught jacking off the boys “to make them sleepy”. she’s not in jail now and the double standard is obvious
